So yesterday I got a haircut because it was halfway down my back and very damaged. It was only $12 and I got some bangs and layers. Like onions have layers. (a line from the movie Shrek). So I had a lot of length cut off to give me the layers so now i have a hairstyle and not just damaged long hair that is flat. I am happy with it but millie thinks that it is the same. And dave is sad to have so much length gone.

a hair style! hooray for you. Doesn't it feel nice? I'm feeling the need for some variety and style as well...just not willing to do anything about it. I think the last time I did something like that was in 2005, and Lucy cried because she loved holding my hair while she sucked her thumb, and I cut it too shortto be convenient for her. I told her to hold her own hair...and she's still doing it.
